Required Reading:
At least one week prior to surgery, read the instructions before surgery.
Read your surgery consent form before your day of surgery: Cervical Lymphadenectomy consent (form “C-G”). Notify your surgeon if you have questions about the risks of surgery or the consent form.
Adults should complete their Advance Directive forms.
